David Oliver Ellsworth

The Rev. Dr. David Oliver Ellsworth, 89, died Dec. 25.

Ellsworth was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor, his parents and his four siblings.

He is survived by children Donald [Linda], Kent [Isabel], Karen [Jay] and Linda; seven grandchildren: and one great-grandchild.

All are invited to attend the memorial service Saturday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. at the Sedona United Methodist Church, 110 Indian Cliffs, with reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
